Live Oak, FL : Drunk Florida man crashes truck while eating chicken wing. June 23, 2014

The Florida Highway Patrol says a man accused of driving drunk crashed his pickup truck into a tree while eating a chicken wing.

Troopers say 39-year-old Jose Federico Dominguez-Diaz veered onto the shoulder of State Road 51 Monday afternoon while eating chicken wings.

He over-corrected the vehicle, which rotated counter-clockwise.

The truck turned again, crossed the road and hit a tree on the other side.

The Gainesville Sun reports Dominguez-Diaz was charged with DUI, DUI with property damage and driving without a license.

He wasn't injured in the crash.
