Grand Island, NE : Woman fatally injured in collision on Wednesday, February 22, 2017

Police say a 69-year-old woman has been fatally injured in a Grand Island collision.

The collision between two cars occurred around 2:15 p.m. Wednesday. The Grand Island Independent reports that the driver of one was pronounced dead at a hospital. The other driver was treated at the hospital and then discharged. Their names haven't been released.

The crash is being investigated.
