Ellington Rd. crash ends in rollover

Three people are safe following a two-vehicle crash Tuesday at 36th and Ellington Rd. in Quincy.

Coriann L. Lyssy, 32, of Quincy, was driving her car southbound on 36th St. and stopped at the Ellington Rd. intersection. When Lyssy proceeded through the intersection, her car struck a truck traveling westbound on Ellington Rd.

The truck, driven by Larry D. Brown, 59, of Camp Point, drove off the left side of the roadway while the car drove off the right side of the roadway and overturned.

Lyssy, Brown and Brown's passenger, Paul E. Mock, 58, of Fowler, were all wearing their seat belts at the time of the crash.

Lyssy suffered minor injuries and both vehicles sustained major damage.
