WEST FARGO, ND : 1 dead, 1 injured after car crashes into parked vehicles in the 1400 block of 10th Street Southwest in West Fargo on Sunday, 23rd June 2019

A 38-year-old man from West Fargo was fatally injured in a vehicle crash early Sunday, June 23, according to the North Dakota Highway Patrol.

The crash happened about 2:30 a.m. in the 1400 block of 10th Street Southwest in West Fargo.

The man killed was a passenger in a 2008 Honda Civic driven by a 34-year-old West Fargo man. The identities of the driver and passenger have not been released.

The Honda was southbound on 10th Street Southwest when it went into the wrong lane and hit a parked 2014 Ford F-150 pickup truck and pushed the truck into a parked 2016 Ford Focus, severely damaging all three vehicles, the patrol said.

The parked vehicles were not occupied at the time. The Honda driver was taken to Sanford Medical Center in Fargo. The passenger died at the scene.
