Butler County, MO : Two people injured in head-on collisi on Friday November 13 2015

A Southeast Missouri man was flown to a St. Louis hospital Friday morning following a head-on collision.
The crash occurred at 8:30 a.m. on Highway W, 13 miles north of Poplar Bluff, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report.
Joshua M. Hartley, 19, of Ellsinore was northbound when his 1999 Chevy S-10 pickup truck crossed the center line.
The pickup struck a 2010 Toyota FJ Cruiser driven by Michelle L. Ray, 43, of Williamsville.
Hartley was flown to Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis with serious injuries. Ray was taken by ambulance to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center with moderate injuries.
