MODESTO, CA : 1 dead in solo-car crash in Modesto on Thursday, 1st August 2024

Police are investigating a deadly crash in Modesto Thursday afternoon.

According to Modesto Police Department, the collision happened in the area of McHenry and Standiford avenues around 1:30 p.m.

Police found a Nissan 350Z that crashed with a parked utility van and stopped on the front lawn of an apartment complex. The driver, a man from Modesto, was taken to a hospital with major injuries, but he ultimately died.
