Hampton, N.H : Man dies of injuries in a motorcycle accident on Lafayette Road on Wednesday, Nov 25, 2015

Police say a driver has died of injuries suffered in a motorcycle accident last week in Hampton.

They say 54-year-old James Burns of Hampton died Friday as a result of the accident on Wednesday on Lafayette Road.

Police found Burns and a passenger lying in the road. The passenger also suffered injuries, but has been released from the hospital.

Police say the accident is still under investigation and it appears that alcohol may have been a factor.
