Franklin state police said that a Oil City man was transported UPMC Northwest after a two-vehicle collision around 6 p.m. on Friday on Route 157 in Cranberry Township.
Police said that David Grams, 31, was stopped for a vehicle ahead of him at the intersection of Route 157 and Gabler Lane in a 2008 Ford F-150 when Kristofer Bloom, 36, of Seneca rear-ended Grams in a 2004 Chevrolet Trail Blazer.
