LAKE WALES, FL : PCSO identifies woman killed in State Road 60 crash on Tuesday, 18th December 2018

The Polk County Sheriff’s Office has identified the woman killed in a single-vehicle crash on State Road 60 Tuesday morning.
Olga Cedeno, 82, of Lake Wales, ran off the roadway in her vehicle and struck a tree without braking about a mile east of County Road 630 at 11:20 a.m., according to the Sheriff’s Office. There were no other occupants in the vehicle.
The Sheriff’s Office said the preliminary investigation suggests Cedeno may have suffered a medical episode while behind the wheel, causing her to drive erratically.
She was wearing her seat belt, according to reports.
