FRESNO, CA : 21-year-old arrested for DUI after fatal head-on crash on Highway 180 on Saturday, 22nd June 2024

A man was arrested for driving under the influence after a deadly crash on Highway 180 Morning.

California Highway Patrol says Around 12:15 21-year-old Amadeo Santos Menera Of kerman was driving a 2019 Nissan Versa on westbound Highway 180 west of Cornelia Avenue, approaching the left front of a 2007 Nissan Sentra that was traveling eastbound on 180 west of Cornelia when Menera allowed his vehicle to travel out of the westbound lane, and into the eastbound lane directly into the path of the Nissan Sentra.

The two vehicles were involved in a head on crash.
