Sanborn, MN : Redwood County man dies in motorcycle crash on Sunday evening, March 5, 2017

Redwood County authorities are investigating after a Sanborn man died Sunday evening in a motorcycle crash.

According to the Redwood County Sheriff’s Office, the crash happened around 6 p.m. on the 400 block of Central Street in Sanborn.

Gregory Werner, 60, had been driving a 1990 Harley Davidson at the time of the crash. He was transported to Springfield Medical Center in Springfield, where he later died.

The crash investigation is still ongoing, the Sheriff’s Office said.

The Sheriff’s Office was assisted on the scene by the Minnesota State Patrol, Sanborn First Responders and Springfield Ambulance.
