Pittsburgh, PA : Two people including a child were injured in a crash on Monday, December, 11th 2017

Two people, including a child, were injured in a crash early Monday involving a vehicle in a field near Middletown and Pivik roads in Hempfield Township, according to reports from Westmoreland County emergency dispatchers.

The accident was reported around 6:50 a.m. The injuries didn't appear to be life-threatening, dispatchers said.

Both victims were wearing seat belts, according to initial reports.

State police in Greensburg were on scene.
