Driver identified in I-195 rollover

State Police identified the driver of a Saturday afternoon accident that tied up Interstate 195 for hours. Police said George Rego, 47, of Fall River, was travelling westbound in the right travel lane after exit 4 when for reason yet to be determined drifted into the breakdown lane.
