Greenville County ,SC :Moped driver dies after crashing into mailbox on Friday ,September 11th 2015

A moped rider was killed when his scooter crashed in Greenville County, South Carolina Highway Patrol Lance Cpl. Bill Rhyne said.
Deputy Coroner Kent Dill said 63-year-old Daniel Earl Terrell of Simpsonville was operating the moped on Sullivan Road when he crashed around 10 p.m. Friday.
Rhyne said Terrell was rounding a corner while traveling north on Sullivan Road when the moped went off the right side of the roadway and hit a mailbox.
According to Rhyne, the impact with the mailbox sent Terrell off the moped and into a car. Investigators said Terrell was not wearing a helmet.
Dill said the exact cause of death has not yet been determined.
