A 62-year-old Keota man was killed in a three-vehicle collision in LeFlore County on Monday.
The wreck happened about 10 a.m. about a mile west of Bokoshe on Oklahoma 31, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported.
Tyson Lee Stroud, 22, was driving a 2014 Dodge pickup west when he ran off the right side of the highway and overcorrected to the left, according to the OHP's report.
Stroud drove into oncoming eastbound traffic and struck a 2008 Ford pickup. The Ford then hit a 2010 Chrysler, according to the report.
The Ford's driver, 62-year-old Glenn Neal Doss of Keota, was pinned in the wreckage for about an hour and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Chrysler's driver, 20-year-old Jessie Nichole Copeman, was taken by ambulance to a hospital in Fort Smith, Arkansas, where she was treated and released.
Stroud also was treated at the hospital and released.
All but Doss were wearing seat belts, according to the report.
