Fatal crash in West Richland

The Washington State Patrol says 50-year-old Steven Covert of West Richland was killed Tuesday night in a collision on Highway 224 in West Richland. The patrol says an oncoming car failed to negotiate a curve and hit Covert's car and another vehicle. In addition to the death, three people were injured.
