Police are investigating the death of a Waterboro woman who was killed when her van collided with a tree in Lebanon.

Police say they are looking into whether 47-year-old Michelle Miller had a medical issue that resulted in her losing control of her van. They say she was alone and died at the scene.

The crash occurred just before 8 p.m. Tuesday. It took place on Depot Road.
