Waterbury,CT : Driver charged in fatal Seymour crash on February, Wednesday 7th 2018

A 24-year-old Bridgeport man faces multiple charges, including second-degree manslaughter, stemming from last April’s fatal motor vehicle crash on Rimmon Street. Police said Nathan Torres, 24, of Boston Terrace, Bridgeport surrendered to officers on Feb. 7th.
