Baltimore County, MD : Man killed in fatal ATV crash in Middle River on Tuesday morning, December 8, 2015

A man was killed when his ATV struck a vehicle parked on the side of the road in Middle River on Tuesday morning, police said.

The driver, identified as John Leo Le Brun Sr., 59, of the 400 block of Earls Road in Middle River, was declared deceased at the scene.

The crash happened in the 11000 block of Crossroads Circle near White Marsh Boulevard around 4:52 a.m., when the driver was traveling northbound and ran into an equipment trailer parked on the side of the road in an industrial complex, police said.

The crash is under investigation.
