MANCHESTER, OH : Kentucky man killed in Ohio crash on Wednesday, 27th June 2018

The Georgetown Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol is currently investigating a two-vehicle fatal crash.

The crash occurred on Ohio 136 near milepost three in Sprigg Township, Adams County at approximately 11:20 a.m., Wednesday.

According to police, a preliminary investigation revealed that a 2003 Black Dodge Ram, operated by Ricky A. Weisner, 57, of West Union, Ohio, was turning north on Ohio 136 from a private driveway. A 2007 Sterling Truck carrying a load of lumber and concrete, operated by David L. Kennedy, 51, from Mount Olivet, was northbound on Ohio 136. The Sterling Truck had a passenger, Vincent J. Gibson, 38, of Carlisle.
