ST. LOUIS, MO : Serious accident shuts down I-70 near Grand Blvd on Saturday, 12th August 2023

I-70 near Grand Blvd was shut down Saturday evening after a fatal traffic accident.

The accident occurred around 5:40 p.m. Saturday. According to police on scene, two people were taken from the scene unresponsive.

SLMPD said that there is currently one person listed in serious-stable condition.

As of 7 p.m., Saturday, I-70 is no longer closed, but the Grand Ave. on-ramp remains closed.
