Three people have been hospitalized following a multi-vehicle crash on the I-485 Outer Loop Friday morning, according to emergency personnel.
Authorities said they transported three people with injuries to the hospital, and two others were treated at the scene. One person was reportedly trapped in their vehicle following the wreck.
