Lubbock,TX : 1 person hospitalized with serious injuries after vehicle-motorcycle crash in South Lubbock on November, Sunday 26th 2017

The Lubbock Police Department Accident Investigators were investigating a pickup-motorcycle crash in South Lubbock Sunday evening.

At 7:20 p.m., police responded to reports of the crash at 82nd Street and Elgin Avenue, according to police.

A pickup truck traveling eastbound attempted to turn north on Elgin Avenue, said LPD spokeswoman Tiffany Pelt.

As the pickup was turning, it struck a motorcycle going westbound, she said. It appears the pickup did not see the motorcycle, said Pelt.
