Indianapolis,IN : 2-car crash at busy intersection leaves 1 critical on January, Thursday 18th 2018

A two-car crash on Coliseum Boulevard at Crescent Avenue left a man in critical condition early Thursday, police said.

Fort Wayne police officers were called about 4 a.m. and found two men inside one of the vehicles. Both were taken to a hospital, police said. One man was listed in critical condition and the other in good condition, police said.

Police said one of the cars was headed south on Crescent and the other was westbound on Coliseum when they collided. The driver in the other vehicle suffered minor injuries, officers believe. Police also believe at least one of the drivers had been drinking.

Coliseum was closed between Trier Road and North Anthony Boulevard for more than three hours.
