Three people were injured in a one-vehicle traffic accident on Wednesday afternoon near Brush.

Colorado State Patrol troopers were called to mile marker 95 on I-76 at 5:53 p.m. A four-door 2003 Lexus had rolled over into the median. The driver, 22-year-old Grace Brown, and two passengers were all transported to Colorado Plains Medical Center with injuries.

The accident occurred near a construction zone with reduced speeds, but did not significantly slow down traffic on the highway.

Brown suffered moderate injuries, but the extent of the two passengers' injuries was unknown. As of Thursday, troopers were still investigating the cause of the accident. No updates were available on the condition of the three occupants.
