Man killed in Canyon County crash identified

The Canyon County Sheriff's Office and Idaho State Police responded to a three-car, fatal crash at Stafford Road and Highway 20-26 about one mile east of Notus Friday night.ISP says a 17-year-old driver of a 1995 Ford F150 pickup was heading westbound on Highway 20 had stopped to make a left-hand turn. John Stish, 53, of Notus stopped behind the truck in a 1992 Nissa Sentra when a 1998 Lincoln Navigator driven by 22-year-old Jordan Kangas from Nampa approached the two stopped cars from behind and smashed into them.Stish died at the scene. No one else was injured.No word yet of any charges but ISP says inattentive driving is to blame.US 20 between Farm Road and Stafford Road was blocked for about 3 and a half hours Friday evening.
