Boone County , FL : Two people seriously injure in Three Car accident at Rolling Hills Road on Monday afternoon , March 9th 2015

Three people were injured, two seriously, Monday afternoon in a three-car accident on Route WW at Rolling Hills Road in Boone County.

A 2002 Cadillac Escalade driven by Rachel L. Brown, 28, was in the intersection at 5:20 p.m. Monday and went into the path of a 2007 Ford Taurus driven by William K. Bahr, 88, according to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report. The two cars collided, and the Taurus spun out and hit a 2002 Ford F-150 that 50-year-old Christopher T. Sutton was driving, the report said.

Bahr and his wife, Peggy, 83, were taken to University Hospital by ambulance with serious injuries. Both are Fulton residents. Ashland resident Brown had minor injuries and was taken in a private vehicle to Boone Hospital, the report said. Sutton, a Columbia resident, was not injured.

All three people injured were wearing seatbelts at the time of the crash, according to the highway patrol.

The Taurus was totaled, the Escalade had moderate damage and the F-150 had minor damage, the report said. The F-150 was the only car driven from the scene.
