Crestwood, KY : Single car collision ends in fatality on the 5000 block of KY 53 on Sunday, 26th April, 2020

A single-vehicle collision led to a fatality on the 5000 block of KY 53 today, April 26.Forty-six-year-old Kelly Williams of Crestwood was pronounced deceased at the scene by the Oldham County Coroner’s Office.

“The preliminary investigation showed Ms. Williams was traveling Northbound on KY 53, where she abruptly left the roadway and struck a tree,” Oldham County Police released in a statement.

Oldham County Police, Oldham County EMS and the Ballardsville Fire Department were dispatched at approximately 12:16 p.m. There were no additional occupants in the 2015 Nissan Pathfinder after first responders located the vehicle partially off the roadway.

The Oldham County Police are still investigating the collision.
