RUSHCREEK TOWNSHIP, OH : Victim in fatal Logan County crash identified on Monday, March 6th 2017

The Ohio State Highway Patrol identified the person killed in a Logan County car accident Monday.

According to OSHP, 44-year-old Terry Turner was killed when his car crossed the centerline and struck an oncoming semi truck.

The accident happened on U.S. 68 near Township Road 51 around 8:30 a.m. Monday.

The driver of the semi truck suffered non-life threatening injuries and was treated at the scene.

U.S. 68 was closed while OSHP investigated the crash scene.

Both drivers were wearing seatbelts at the time of the accident. OSHP says alcohol is not a factor in this crash.

The Marysville Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol continues to investigate.
