MILWAUKEE, WI : 2 Milwaukee police officers hospitalized after crash on Thursday, 11th March 2021

Milwaukee police say four people were hospitalized following a serious crash involving a squad car, including two officers.

It happened just before 1 a.m. Thursday near North Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive and West Locust Street.

Police said the officers were driving east on Locust through the intersection at MLK when the other driver went through a red light and hit the squad car.

The two officers and the two people in the other car were taken to the hospital.

Everyone was expected to survive their injuries.
