One person was killed when a motorcycle and another vehicle collided in suburban Boynton Beach Friday night, Palm Beach County Fire Rescue reports.
The crash occurred at about 9 p.m. on Boynton Beach Boulevard near the Florida Turnpike. The first arriving crews discovered that the motorcycle rider had died at the scene, said Capt. David Toohey, spokesman for Fire Rescue.
It was reported that crash involved the motorcycle and another vehicle, he said. The Florida Department of Transportation reported that the southbound entrance ramp to the Turnpike was closed.
At 10 p.m., investigators were still on scene and motorists were advised to expect to delays.
No other details were available late Friday.
