WBTW - Myrtle Beach and Florence SC - North Carolina Highway Patrol says Swanner, the driver of a 2000 Honda Civic, attempted to pass a 2008 Chevrolet Aveo, driven by 72-year-old Cealous Conyers, when the Civic struck the back portion of the Aveo.
