TULSA, OK : 1-year-old significantly injured after hit and run incident Matthew Hubbard on Saturday, 15th June 2024

Tulsa police arrested a driver they said left the scene after hitting a child with a car.

A little before 3 p.m. on June 15, police responded to a call in a neighborhood near 31st and 169.

Investigating officers said a family friend, Briceida Aguilar-Lopez, who goes by Nohemi, went to the home to visit the child's mother.

She parked her GMC Traverse in the driveway, and when she was leaving after the visit, she backed over the 2-year-old who wandered into the driveway.
