Clackamas County, OR : 41-year-old Beaverton died in a motorcycle crash on SR Highway 213 and S. Krope Road on Saturday, Oct 3, 2015

Officials say a 41-year-old Beaverton who died in a motorcycle crash Saturday may have been drinking.

The crash was reported around 7:30 a.m. on SR Highway 213 and S. Krope Road. Thomas Mcintyre, 41, was traveling southbound on Highway 213 when he failed to negotiate a curve and went off the road.

He was thrown from his motorcycle and pronounced dead at the scene.

Police now say alcohol may have been a factor in the crash.
