JEFFERSON DAVIS COUNTY, MI : Child dies in accidental drowning in Jefferson Davis County on Saturday, 6th July 2019

The Jefferson Davis County coroner confirms a child died early Saturday afternoon in an accidental drowning.
Jefferson Davis County authorities say the child was 21-months-old.
The name of the child is not being released at this time.
The drowning happened in a privately-owned swimming pool in a rural area of the county.
The child was pronounced dead at a Prentiss hospital.
