A Theodosia woman was seriously injured Dec. 20 in a one-vehicle accident on Interstate 44 west of Lebanon.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 34-year-old April L. Bias was transported by ambulance to Mercy Hospital in Springfield. The accident, nine miles west of Lebanon, occurred when Bias, in a 2007 Chrysler PT Cruiser, was eastbound when she ran off the left side of the road, overcorrected, ran off the road and overturned.
Bias was wearing a seat belt at the time of the 6:40 a.m. accident, according to the MSHP report.
