Hillsboro, OR : Elderly man dies after crash into tree at SW Bridges Street and 331st Avenue on Wednesday afternoon, Nov 25, 2015

Officials say an elderly man who crashed into a tree in Hillsboro Wednesday afternoon died.

The crash was reported around 3 p.m. at SW Bridges Street and 331st Avenue.

Washington County Sheriff's Office officials say the man was driving a pick-up truck and failed to negotiate a turn in the road. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

He has not yet been identified.
