Lincoln, NE : 4-vehicle crash stacks up traffic on SB I-680 at West Dodge Road on Friday, January 13th 2017

A four-vehicle crash Friday morning forced a shutdown of southbound Interstate 680 near West Dodge Road.

The crash occurred around 7:30 a.m. just south of West Dodge, and it involved a school bus without any students aboard, according to reports to Douglas County 911 dispatchers.

Traffic was diverted off I-680 at West Dodge Road and West Maple Road.

Two people suffered serious injuries and were taken by ambulance to Nebraska Medical Center.
