St. Petersburg, FL : 81-year-old man killed and other two passenger injuried in crash on Wednesday night around 9:11 p.m June 4th 2014.

Officers are investigating a deadly hit and run crash at 15th Avenue South and 25th Street.

St. Petersburg police got to the scene around 9:11 p.m on Wednesday. They found two cars, one with three people inside.

The driver of that car, an 81-year-old man, was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics. The other two passengers were taken to hospitals with what appear to be non-life-threatening injuries.

The driver of the other car, who police say was the only person in it, ran away from the scene before officers arrived.
