Topeka, KS : Man killed early Sunday in single-vehicle crash in northwest Kansas on Sunday, November 13th 2016
A 30-year-old Herndon man was killed early Sunday in a one-car crash in northwest Kansas, authorities said.
The victim as identified as Theodore Jack Juenemann.
According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, the crash occurred at 2:30 a.m. Sunday on K-25 highway, about 14 miles north of Colby.
The patrol said Juenemann was driving a 2007 Mazda passenger car north on K-25 when the vehicle left the roadway to the right.
The driver over-corrected and went left of center, then into the west ditch. The car then entered a wheat field and began to roll an unknown number of times.
The patrol said Juenemann was ejected from the car.
Juenemann, who the patrol said wasn’t wearing a seat belt, was pronounced dead at the scene.
