Authorities have released the names of three people killed in a multiple-vehicle crash in suburban Detroit.
The Wayne County medical examiner's office says Tuesday that 80-year-old Joseph Sito, 88-year-old Bernadine Karby and 67-year-old Suzanne Wernette-Robb each died of multiple injuries sustained in the accident.
The Detroit News reports that Sito of Livonia crossed a road's centerline and struck an oncoming Ford Focus. Karby of Livonia and Wernette-Robb of Redford Township were in the Focus.
A minivan also was involved in the collision. Its occupants suffered minor injuries.
