LITTLE ROCK, AR : Fatal 2-vehicle hit and run in Springdale on Saturday, 8th July 2023

Springdale police are searching for suspects in a hit and run that killed a man on West Sunset Avenue early on Saturday morning, our content partner 40/29 News reported.

Officers were called to the Economy Inn at roughly 2 a.m. where they found 39-year-old Keith Emerson lying, gravely injured, on the road.

Police said that witnesses at the scene informed officers that they saw Emerson in the road earlier and attempted to help him, at which point he stood up and ran into the westbound lane where he was hit by two different cars.

Police said they believe the vehicles to be a black four-door passenger car and a white four-door passenger car.
