ANSONIA, CT : Three injured in Ansonia motor vehicle accidentin the area of Division Street on Sunday, 8th March, 2020

Three people are injured after an 84-year-old woman caused a car accident in the area of Division Street and Westfield Avenue, officials say.
The accident was first reported by dispatch just after 4:30 this afternoon and involved three cars. Ansonia Police Lt. Patrick Lynch said the woman was sent to the hospital with upper body injuries and two others were hospitalized with lower body injuries.
Lynch said the woman was coming off Westfield Avenue when she started driving onto the exit ramp for exit 18. She caused a crash there and then came back down onto Division Street, causing another crash and ultimately drove her car into the Law Offices of Daniel D. Skuret.
