Hardeeville, SC: High speed chase ends in accident on I-95 and I-16 on Friday, July 24th 2015

A high speed chase began after a Hardeeville, South Carolina, police officer attempted a traffic stop of a vehicle that they determined was stolen.The chase moved down I-95 SB in to Georgia where GSP joined in. The two organizations worked together to use a pit maneuver to end the chase at I-95 SB near I-16.One car was in the woods off of I-95 SB. A wrecker was working to pull it out. The driver is believed to be a juvenile. WJCL does not know of any injuries.As more details become available we will post updates.
