Allentown, PA : Man pinned, hurt badly in Slatington as cars crash at intersection on Tuesday September 6 2016

A man was injured seriously Tuesday evening in Slatington when his car collided with another at an intersection, according to emergency radio reports.

The cars crashed about 6:10 p.m. at Center and Chestnut streets, where Center has no stop signs but Chestnut does. A man with a head injury was reported to be trapped in one car.

Kathleen Bentzoni, who lives at the corner, said she jumped when she heard the crash.
