All lanes are reopened after the crash Wednesday morning.
A crash has shut down all lanes of East Wendover between Penry Road and Elwell Avenue Wednesday morning, Greensboro police said.
A Sergeant confirmed that the crash did involve serious injuries.
The lanes will be closed until further notice. Drivers should avoid the area and find an alternate route to their destination.
