HOWLAND, OH : One man hurt in Howland crash on Sunday, December, 10th 2017

One man was hurt when the car he was driving struck the end of guardrail on Niles Warren River Road south of Burton Street SE, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

Dorian S. Williamson Jr., 21, of Warren, was traveling south when the vehicle went of the edge of the road and hit the barrier, a release from the patrol states. Williamson, who had to be mechanically removed from the car, was taken to Trumbull Regional Medical Center and then to St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital.

The patrol is investigating the crash that happened just after 12 a.m. Sunday. Drugs are suspected to be a factor, the release states.
