ATLANTA, GA : 33-year-old woman dies in crash on I-285 in Dunwoody on Saturday, 31st August 2024

An early-morning crash on I-285 left a woman dead on Sunday, according to Dunwoody police.

At around 3:50 a.m., officers were called to the two-car accident on I-285 WB at Ashford Dunwoody Road. The driver and passenger of a white Scion had to be extradited from the wreckage by DeKalb County Fire Rescue Department crews, and the 33-year-old passenger died at the scene, police said.
