PANAMA CITY, FL : A 7-year-old child was injured in a motorcycle crash in Panama City on Thursday,12th April 2018

A 7-year-old child was injured in a motorcycle crash Wednesday night in Panama City, according to police reports.

The Panama City Police Department reported a family was crossing East U.S. Business 98 just after 7:30 p.m. walking from the CVS to the Dollar Tree when a motorcycle driven by Michael Hamman, 50, hit the child.

PCPD reported the child was taken to a local hospital with serious injuries and later was airlifted to a children’s hospital in Pensacola. Charges are pending the outcome an investigation, PCPD reported.
