Five people were injured in a two-vehicle crash Sunday afternoon near Salem.
A 2009 Ford Edge was traveling east at 1:15 p.m. on 245th Street, when the driver, 89-year-old Charles Norberg, of Salem, failed to stop at the stop sign at the roadway's intersection with U.S. Highway 81, approximately eight miles north of Salem.
